I use this stuff on everything. Actually, mostly on steamed vegetables and on pasta.
I first found this product at a "Taste of New York" display on the NY State Thruway and would routinely purchase it every time I stopped. Sadly, they don't seem to be carrying it any more. No problem; ordered direct, it's fresh and arrives quickly.
As someone who tries to watch their salt intake I've found that I can now purchase cans of low-sodium soups and add garlic flakes to boost the flavor as well as it being a seasoning for veggies and pasta.
