without this mix, my bagels feel incomplete, even already everything'd bagels. i apply it to cover every exposed bit of cream cheese, and what falls off will be swept up and munched by itself. waste no bit! it's so good, almost impossibly so. adds amazing depth to a tuna sandwich, the sum is greater than the components.
