Fiesta Mix

Really nice blend with nothing overpowering (as cumin can easily do). With no added salt, it's easier to control the impact. I'm using it a lot in egg scrambles. Will try it in homemade mayo and marinades, corn chowder, rubs for grilling. Seems very versatile, not too aggressive. Leaves you room to add heat if you like.

Try this instead of taco seasoning some time. It's awesome. Especially good in chicken when making a Southwest salad.

The Fiesta Mix is hands-down my favorite spice in my kitchen! Add it to any grilled (or air fried) veggies and then toss those in a quesadilla or burrito - the flavor is absolutely prefect!!
