Roasted Garlic Flakes

I often wondered why someone would add roasted garlic flakes rather than just garlic. Well, I use both. These flakes seems to enhance my garlic flavoring and I will also use them alone in soups, eggs, fried potatoes, on roasts - you name it, I haven't found anything that does not taste better with this spice.

My daughter and I were first introduced to roasted garlic flakes at a craft fair. I purchased again for stocking stuffers! I use it in soups, sauces, casseroles, and anywhere that can use a little pinch of flavor. Thanks.
